Nfinity (the "Developer") respects your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy applies to the mobile game Gimbap (the "Service").
The Service does not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, or phone number. We process the following:

To exercise these rights, email us at the address below. We may need your anonymous identifier to locate your data. You can also use the account deletion feature inside the app, and deleting the app stops any further collection.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority.
Information is deleted without delay once the retention period ends or the purpose of processing is fulfilled. Electronically stored data is permanently erased in a way that cannot be recovered.
The Service automatically collects gameplay records. You can review what is collected on the consent screen shown the first time you open the app, and collection stops when you delete the app.
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have collected such information, we delete it without delay.
For users in the Republic of Korea, the Personal Information Protection Act requires consent from a legal guardian for children under 14. If we learn that a child under 14 has provided information without such consent, we delete it without delay.
