Terms of Service
Gimbap
Effective date: 17 August 2026
1. Purpose
These Terms set out the conditions for using the mobile game Gimbap (the "Service")
provided by Nfinity (the "Developer"), and the rights and obligations of the Developer and users.
2. Definitions
- Service — the mobile game Gimbap and all related services provided by the Developer
- User — a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service
- Game data — information created while using the Service, such as your progress,
in-game currency, and purchase history
- Paid content — content within the Service that you can access after paying for it
3. Publication and Changes to These Terms
- The Developer publishes these Terms in the Service or on this page so that users can review them.
- The Developer may change these Terms within the limits of applicable law.
- Where these Terms change, the Developer will give notice of the change and its effective date at
least 7 days in advance, or at least 30 days in advance where the change is unfavourable to users.
- If you do not agree to the changed Terms, you may stop using the Service and delete the app.
4. Provision of the Service
- The Service is intended to be available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
- Some features require an internet connection, and availability may be limited by your network conditions.
- The Developer may change the content, difficulty, and in-game values of the Service as needed to
operate the game.
5. Accounts and Game Data
- Depending on your platform, you may sign in with a supported account or play as a guest without
signing in. Available sign-in methods differ by platform and may change.
- If you play as a guest, your game data is stored only on that device. If you change devices
or delete the app, your game data may not be recoverable. The Developer is not responsible
for recovering data in that case.
- If you link an account, your game data is stored in the cloud and you can continue playing by
signing in with the same account.
- Purchases are tied to the store account you bought them with. You can restore previous purchases
using the restore function inside the Service, even when playing as a guest.
- You may request deletion of your account and game data through the features provided in the
Service. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
6. Paid Content and Refunds
- Payment for paid content is processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store,
depending on where you obtained the app. Those stores handle your payment details. The Developer
does not collect or store your payment information.
- Refunds follow the refund policy of the store you purchased from. Please submit
refund requests through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
- Any statutory right of withdrawal granted to you by consumer protection law takes precedence over
these Terms. This includes the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce of the Republic
of Korea and, for users in the European Union, the applicable consumer rights directives.
- Refunds may be limited, within the scope permitted by law, for data loss caused by the user or for
content already consumed before the Service ends.
7. User Obligations
You must not:
- interfere with the normal operation of the Service;
- modify game data by abnormal means, or attempt to do so;
- reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or distribute the Service;
- use another person's account without permission; or
- act in a way that violates the law or public order and morals.
Where such conduct is confirmed, the Developer may restrict your use of the Service.
8. Changes to and Discontinuation of the Service
- The Developer may change or discontinue all or part of the Service.
- If the Service is to be discontinued, the Developer will give notice in the Service or on this page
at least 30 days before the closing date.
- If the Service is discontinued, paid content will be handled in accordance with applicable law and
the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store.
- The Service may be interrupted without prior notice in unavoidable circumstances such as natural
disaster, system failure, or loss of connectivity.
9. Privacy
The Developer collects only the minimum information needed to provide the Service. Details are set out
in the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
- The Developer is not liable for interruptions to the Service caused by circumstances outside its
responsibility, such as natural disaster, problems with your device, or network failure.
- The Developer is not liable for benefits you expected but did not obtain from using the Service.
- This section does not apply where the Developer has acted with intent or gross negligence.
- Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law applicable to you
as a consumer.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Disputes relating to the Service will be brought before the court having jurisdiction under the
Korean Civil Procedure Act.
- If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive
you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may also
bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
